Description: The article reveals influence of organizational and managerial competence on the quality of task performance. In order to determine this influence, the components and content of the competence are studied. At the core of competence, there are three basic components – cognitive, motivational and activity-based. On the basis of the components, the content of organizational and managerial competence is determined in the article. According to the authors, the content of organizational and managerial competence includes predictive, organizational, managerial and evaluation functions. The study describes the content of the competence and reveals the relationship between the formed organizational and managerial competence and the quality of task performance. The role of the educational organization in the process of competence formation and its importance in ensuring a competitive advantage are separately noted.
В статье раскрывается влияние организационно-управленческой компетенции на качество выполнения задач. С целью определения указанного влияния проводится исследование компонентов и содержания компетенции путем ее изучения и анализа. В основе компетенции выделяется три базовых компонента: когнитивный, мотивационный и деятельностный. На основе компонентов в статье определяется содержание организационно-управленческой компетенции. По мнению авторов, к содержанию организационно-управленческой компетенции относятся прогностическая, организаторская, управленческая и оценочная функции. В исследовании дается характеристика содержания компетенции и раскрыта взаимосвязь между сформированной организационно-управленческой компетенцией и качеством выполнения задач. Отдельно отмечается роль образовательной организации в процессе формирования компетенции и ее важность в обеспечении конкурентного преимущества.
