| Description: | The article demonstrates a rare case of abnormal development of the urinary system (ureterohydronephrosis of the dysplastic right kidney, agenesia of the left kidney) combined with malformations of the central nervous system (spina bifida, rachischisis, meningocele of the thoracolumbar spine, lower paraplegia, congenital internal triventricular hydrocephalus, agenesia of the corpus callosum, Arnold-Chiari malformation) and arthrogryposis in a 4-year-old boy. Against the background of renal anomaly, the patient had frequent exacerbations of chronic secondary obstructive pyelonephritis, due to which ureterocutaneostomy was performed on the right side. Despite the timely prenatal diagnosis of malformations and initiation of therapy, the prognosis is unfavorable due to the development of chronic renal failure. В статье демонстрируется редкий случай аномалии развития мочевыделительной системы (уретерогидронефроз диспластической правой почки, агенезия левой почки) в сочетании с пороками развития центральной нервной системы (spina bifida, рахишизис, менингоцеле грудо-поясничного отдела позвоночника, нижняя параплегия, врожденная внутренняя тривентрикулярная гидроцефалия, агенезия мозолистого тела, аномалия Арнольда-Киари) и артрогрипозом у мальчика 4-х лет. На фоне аномалии развития почек у пациента частые обострения хронического вторичного обструктивного пиелонефрита, в связи с чем была проведена уретерокутанеостомия справа. Несмотря на своевременную пренатальную диагностику пороков развития и начало терапии прогноз неблагоприятный, в связи с развитием хронической почечной недостаточности.
