Для формирования стратегии развития промышленного предприятия необходимо своевременное выявление кризисов в нестабильной экономической среде с учетом анализа методов расчета и оценки слабых сигналов, свидетельствующих о приближении кризиса. В статье представлен анализ методики использования превентивной антикризисной стратегии развития промышленного предприятия, с выделением критериев оценки слабых сигналов кризиса. В заключении сделан вывод об обоснованности и эффективности рассмотренного подхода. In order to formulate a development strategy for an industrial enterprise, it is necessary to timely identify crises in an unstable economic environment, taking into account the analysis of methods for calculating and evaluating weak signals that indicate a crisis is approaching. The article presents an analysis of the use of a preventive anti-crisis strategy for the development of an industrial enterprise, with the selection of criteria for assessing weak crisis signals. In conclusion, a conclusion is drawn on the validity and effectiveness of the considered approach. |
