The presented article provides a scientific approbation and presentation of the information and analytical personnel assessment system for the state civil service of the Republic of Bashkortostan "E-screen01", developed by the scientific team of the Republican Center for Personnel Testing (RCPT) of the Bashkir Academy of Public Administration and Management under the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan. |
