| Description: | The article examines the decisions of the 13th Congress ofthe Vietnam Communist Party in terms of the country's socio-economicand political development, which have an impact on the demographic andmigration processes in Vietnam, demographic goals, declared in key government documents, as well as the possibilities of achieving them. The features and prospects of demographic processes in Vietnam at the present timeand in the mid-term up to 2050 are analyzed. The contradictions betweensocio-economic development and demographic processes in Vietnam arehighlighted: the growth of welfare and living standards of the population isaccompanied by a decrease in the birth rate, an increase in the life expectancy of the population with a parallel aggravation of the problem of demographic aging; regional differentiation and climate change are reinforcing trends in the movement of internal migrants from rural to urban areas;the need to attract qualified specialists for the development of innovativesectors of the economy. В статье рассматриваются решения XIII съезда Ком-партии Вьетнама в части социально-экономического и политического развития, которые оказывают влияние на демографические и миграционные процессы в стране, цели демографического развития Вьетнама, заявленные в ключевых государственных документах, а также возможности их достижения. Проанализированы особенностии перспективы этих процессов в настоящее время и среднесрочной перспективе до 2050 г. Выделены противоречия между социально-экономическим развитием и демографическими процессами:рост благосостояния и уровня жизни населения сопровождается сокращением рождаемости, увеличением продолжительности жизни с параллельным обострением проблемы демографического старения; региональная дифференциация и изменение климата усиливают тенденции перемещения внутренних мигрантов из сельских районов в города; зреет необходимость привлечения квалифицированных специалистов для развития инновационных сфер экономики. |
