Description: The purpose of the article is to present a macroeconomic and geopolitical analysis of the indicators of Russia’s foreign trade cooperation as an integrator of cross-border trade and economic associations and to substantiate the directions of its improvement in the context of increasing the stability of the national economy and the formation of a new vector of international economic relations of the Russian Federation. The objective process of globalization of the world economy in the future may follow the path of formation of a new polycentric world economy based on healthy competition of partner countries and digitalization of foreign trade relations. Or one Western center in the political and economic sphere will be created, which will extend its control to the entire world economy without the possibility of a parity, consensual solution to emerging issues. The object of the study is the level of Russia’s international foreign economic potential in quantitative and qualitative terms, differentiated by the associations of the EAEU, CIS, BRICS, and EU. The current trends in the indicators of exports and imports of partner countries are presented and analyzed, on the basis of which a promising geo-economic vector for the development of global foreign trade cooperation, implemented with the support of customs authorities, is substantiated.
Цель статьи – представить макроэкономический и геополитический анализ показателей внешнеторгового взаимодействия России как интегратора трансграничных торгово-экономических объединений и обосновать направления его совершенствования в контексте повышения стабильности национальной экономики и формирования нового вектора международных экономических отношений РФ. Объективный процесс глобализации мировой экономики в перспективе может пойти по пути формирования нового полицентричного мирового хозяйства, базирующегося на здоровой конкуренции стран-партнеров и цифровизации внешнеторговых отношений. Либо будет создан один западный центр в политико-экономической сфере, который распространит свой контроль на всю мировую экономику без возможности паритетного, консенсусного решения возникающих вопросов. Объект исследования – уровень международного внешнеэкономического потенциала России в количественном и качественном исчислении, дифференцированный по объединениям ЕАЭС, СНГ, БРИКС, ЕС. Представлены и проанализированы актуальные тенденции изменения показателей экспорта и импорта стран-партнеров, на основе которых обоснован перспективный геоэкономический вектор развития глобального внешнеторгового сотрудничества, реализуемый при поддержке таможенных органов.
