Description: Данное исследование посвящено анализу ERP-системы, которая относится к поколению программ-помощников, категории «smart» и, главным образом, была создана компанией GartnerGroup в начале 90-х годов для реализации эффективного планирования работы предприятия. Условия, созданные цифровой экономикой для модернизации всех сфер жизни и деятельности человека сделали возможным применение ERP-систем не только в различных сферах бизнес-активности человека, таких как: торговля, производство и перераспределение электроэнергии, производство машин и оборудования, строительство, но и в высшем образовании, что позволяет абсолютно по новому организовать инфраструктуру и взаимодействие, как на уровне кафедры, так и на уровне университета, в целом. У системы присутствуют распространенные недостатки: стоимость официального софта является ощутимо высокой, система требует длительной персонализации под задачи предприятия - каждого университета в отдельности, а также длительного обучения для возможности использования персоналом (предполагающего постоянное переобучение). В рамках данного исследования обозначенные вопросы были проанализированы, а также обозначены перспективы от прикладного использования системы ERP в высшей образовательной среде. This study is devoted to the analysis of an ERP system that belongs to the generation of assistant programs - "smart" category and was mainly created by GartnerGroup in the early 90s to implement effective enterprise planning. The conditions created by the digital economy for the modernization of all spheres of human life and activity have made it possible to use ERP systems not only in various areas of human business activity, such as: trade, production and redistribution of electricity, production of machinery and equipment, construction, but also in higher education, which allows you to organize infrastructure and interaction in a completely new way, both at the department level and at the university level, as a whole. The system has common disadvantages: the cost of official software is noticeably high, the system requires long-term personalization for the tasks of the enterprise - each university separately, as well as long-term training for the possibility of use by personnel (assuming constant retraining). Within the framework of this study, the identified issues were analyzed, as well as the prospects for the applied use of the ERP system in the higher educational environment were identified.
