Περιγραφή: Анализируются направления развития региональных инновационных процессов на современном этапе развития России. Проанализированы факторы, препятствующие эффективному внедрению инноваций в Республике Тыва на этапе модернизации. К факторам, способствующим развитию инновационной сферы отнесены: формирование конкурентоспособных инновационных кластеров (инновационно-промышленного, энергетического, агроэкологического); создание новых высокотехнологичных рабочих мест; рост квалификации работников, динамичное увеличение численности научных кадров, развития системы научных учреждений. Сделан вывод о целесообразности совершенствования региональной инфраструктуры на основе кластерного и проектного подходов. The directions of development of regional innovation processes at the present stage of development of Russia are analyzed. Factors impeding the effective introduction of innovations in the Republic of Tyva at the stage of modernization were analyzed. Factors contributing to the development of the innovation sector include: the formation of competitive innovation clusters (innovative-industrial, energy, agro-ecological); creation of new high-tech jobs; an increase in the qualifications of workers, a dynamic increase in the number of scientific personnel, and the development of a system of scientific institutions. It was concluded that the regional infrastructure should be improved on the basis of cluster and project approaches.
