Περιγραφή: In the context of international turbulence and the withdrawal of Western scientometric databases from Russia, there is a need to reconsider approaches to the organization and evaluation of editorial-publishing activity in Russia. This article is focused on the challenges that have influenced editorial and publishing activity in Russia in recent years. Under the influence of these factors, the activities of those involved in the editorial-publishing process have undergone a significant transformation. The preparation and publication of Russian journals have thus been placed in unprecedented conditions that contradict the principles of open exchange of scientific information and free communication. Based on the results of the evaluation, an attempt to identify the main trends in the further development of the editorial and publishing sector in Russia is made. One of the key trends is the establishment of an international scientific citation database based on the journal platform of the Russian Centre for Science Information, the core of which will consist of Russian journals, as well as journals from CIS and friendly countries, primarily from the BRICS countries. In this way the journal platform of the Russian Centre for Science Information can become a significant alternative to Western international scientometric databases.
В условиях международной турбулентности и ухода из России западных наукометрических баз данных встает вопрос о необходимости пересмотра подходов к организации и оценке редакционно-издательской деятельности в России. В настоящей статье я сосредоточусь на рассмотрении вызовов, оказавших влияние на редакционно-издательскую деятельность в России за последние годы. Под влиянием этих факторов деятельность участников редакционно-издательского процесса претерпела значительную трансформацию и видоизменилась. Таким образом, подготовка и выход российских журналов были поставлены в беспрецедентные условия, противоречащие принципам открытости обмена научной информацией и свободной коммуникации. По результатам проводимой оценки предпринимается попытка обозначить основные тренды дальнейшего развития редакционно-издательского дела в России. Одним из ключевых трендов является создание на основе журнальной платформы РЦНИ международной базы научного цитирования, ядро которой составят российские журналы, издания из стран СНГ, а также из дружественных стран, в первую очередь из стран БРИКС, которая сможет стать весомой альтернативой западным международным наукометрическим базам данных.
