Description: The article provides justification for the necessity of taking into account sectoral specificities of the agricultural industrial complex enterprises in the process of their strategic management. The authors investigate peculiarities of economic activities implemented within the major food production subcomplexes of Russian agricultural industrial complex, namely in the grain, meat and dairy industries. A table model for taking into account sectoral specificities in the strategic management of agricultural enterprises is proposed.
В статье обоснована необходимость учета отраслевой специфики предприятий агропромышленного комплекса в процессе стратегического управления ими. Рассмотрены особенности ведения хозяйственной деятельности в основных продуктовых подкомплексах агропромышленного комплекса России: зернопродуктовом, мясопродуктовом и молочнопродуктовом. Предложена табличная модель учета отраслевых особенностей в стратегическом управлении предприятиями АПК.
