| Description: | Стремительное развитие северных регионов нашей страны влечет за собой активное использование специальной техники и вооружения для решения поставленных задач перед Министерством МЧС России. Так в ходе практического применения специальной техники и оборудования в экстремальных условиях специалистам удается оценить, как положительные, так и отрицательные стороны новейших разработок. Зачастую использование современных технологий позволяют по-новому взглянуть на проблемы развития северных регионов нашей страны, а также отработать тактические возможности новейших экземпляров техники, выработать слаженные действия и алгоритмы, направленные на ликвидацию последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций природного и техногенного характера. The rapid development of the northern regions of our country entails the active use of special equipment and weapons to solve the tasks assigned to the Ministry of EMERCOM of Russia. Thus, during the practical application of special equipment and equipment in extreme conditions, specialists manage to assess both the positive and negative sides of the latest developments. Often, the use of modern technologies allows us to take a fresh look at the problems of the development of the northern regions of our country, as well as to work out the tactical capabilities of the latest pieces of equipment, to develop coordinated actions and algorithms aimed at eliminating the consequences of natural and man-made emergencies. |
