В статье анализируется правовая модель европейской интеграции, исследуются актуальные вопросы перспектив трансформации институциональной системы Европейского союза. Автор рассматривает исторические этапы формирования и эволюции Европейского интеграционного проекта и его правового оформления. Раскрываются тенденции трансформации баланса европейских институтов в исторической ретроспективе. We analyze the legal model of European integration and examine topical issues of the prospects for the transformation of the institutional system of the European Union. We examine the historical stages of the formation and evolution of the European Integration Project and its legal formalization. The tendencies of the transformation of the balance of European institutions in historical retrospective are revealed. |
