| Description: | Рассматривается особенности защиты частноправовых (гражданских) интересов в деятельности сотрудников органов внутренних дел при столкновении с нарушениями в гражданско-правовой сфере. Исследуются объем и содержание правозащитных действий полиции в указанной сфере. Раскрываются особенности защиты прав участников гражданских правовых отношений в целом и отношений по займу денежных средств в частности. Описан юридический инструментарий осуществления защиты прав лицами, нуждающимися в защите, и сотрудниками органов внутренних дел в рамках их правоприменительной деятельности. The article is devoted to the protection of private law (civil) interests. It discusses some features of the activities of employees of internal affairs agencies when confronted with violations in civil law and the protection of private law interests of subjects of civil law relations. The scope and content of the police’s human rights actions in this area has been investigated. The features of the protection of the rights of participants in civil legal relations in general and relations in the loan of money in particular are disclosed. Describes the legal tools for the implementation of the protection of the rights of persons in need of protection, and employees of internal affairs bodies, within the framework of their law enforcement. |
