В статье рассмотрена ситуация на жилищном рынке в Хабаровском крае и ЕАО, предложены пути решения жилищной проблемы. Одним из интересных и перспективных вариантов улучшения жилищной ситуации является проведение энергоэффективного капитального ремонта МКД и постройка новых энергоэффективных домов малой этажности. В статье рассмотрены способы увеличения энергоэффективность МКД и кратко описан опыт постройки и эксплуатации энергоэффективного дома в Хабаровске. Опыт эксплуатации многоквартирных домов, оснащенных энергосберегающим оборудованием и гелиоустановками для горячего водоснабжения показал большие перспективы в строительстве и капитальном ремонте МКД юга Хабаровского края и ЕАО. The article considers the situation on the housing market in the Khabarovsk Territory and the EAO, and suggests ways to solve the housing problem. One of the interesting and promising options for improving the housing situation is to carry out an energy-efficient overhaul of the MKD and build new energy-efficient low-rise houses. The article discusses ways to increase the energy efficiency of the MCD and briefly describes the experience of building and operating an energy-efficient house in Khabarovsk. The experience of operating apartment buildings equipped with energy-saving equipment and solar installations for hot water supply has shown great prospects in the construction and major repairs of the MKD of the south of the Khabarovsk Territory and the EAO. |
