Под конкурентным давлением в рыночной экономике, если предприятие хочет добиться значительного развития, оно должно повысить свою основную конкурентоспособность, внедрить и укрепить процесс информатизации и реализовать свои стратегические цели предприятия. На основе этого, в данной статье рассматривается тема механизма повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий за счёт информатизации, построение экономической модели для повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия с помощью информатизации предприятия, стратегии ускорения построения информационной системы предприятия и т.д.
