| Περιγραφή: | В статье раскрываются актуальные теоретические и практические особенности развития системы управления в строительных организациях. Рассматривается методический инструментарий, обеспечивающий адаптацию организаций данного типа к внешней и внутренней среде, в частности, методические положения по использованию концепции взаимодействия. С учётом полученных результатов исследования предложен авторский подход к формированию единого мониторинга взаимодействия как способа интеграции внешних и внутренних взаимодействий в условиях строительного бизнеса. Особое внимание уделено проблеме создания действенной системы информационного обеспечения управления взаимодействиями, определены формы и структура информации, необходимой для управления процессами взаимодействия в предпринимательских структурах строительного бизнеса и методы её интерпретации в рамках инициирования инновационных управленческих решений в стратегическом и тактическом режимах. Introduction. In recent years, the processes of building reliable partnership and creating a favorable business environment in the construction sector have become particularly relevant. It particularly concerns the use of interaction tools. In order to survive and develop in a dynamically changing and difficult to predict environment (including competitive environment), the enterprises driven by the principle of active interaction have to carry out a set of measures and use special management tools. One of such tools is monitoring, it is necessary from a managerial position for achieving the information saturation of the decision-making process in the entrepreneurial structures of the construction profile. The goal of the research is to substantiate the need to build a rationally structured information environment within the framework of monitoring as a tool for the implementation of a management system for interactions between business structures operating in a developing investment and construction market and requiring the use of adequate scientific and methodical apparatus. Tasks: study the methodological provisions in the use of the concept of interaction in the management of construction business organizations, analysis of the possibilities and prospects for the use of monitoring tools from the standpoint of the planning and management cycle implemented in construction organizations, formalization of the system of intra-firm interactions and their information support in construction organizations. The research is based on a systematic approach, which allows to identify both outside and inside of the company, and the interaction of the investment and construction sphere, and managerial relationships. The methods and techniques used include: method of analysis and synthesis, method of content analysis, formalization and structuring, comparison and generalization. Results. The methodological provisions in the use of the concept of interaction in the process of management of construction business in conditions of economic instability are investigated. It is recommended to use a unified interaction monitoring in the management of construction organizations as a way to integrate external and internal interactions in the construction business. It is proposed to substantiate the need to build a rationally structured information environment in the process of managing interactions, excluding the emergence of “barriers” for the passage of information relating to the issues of strategic and tactical adaptation, and formulated guidelines to overcome them. |
