В статье предлагается рассмотреть, как приоритетное, проектирование и строительство опорной автомобильной магистрали с организацией круглогодичного автомобильного сообщения Центральной Якутии с Арктическим регионом в целях создания устойчивого транспортного перемещения ресурсов, с учетом прохождения автозимников, временных проездов, исторически используемых направлений для передвижения населения и перевозки грузов на северо востоке Российской Федерации. Основу предлагаемой транспортной инфраструктуры составят действующие автомобильные дороги. The article suggests to consider the engineering and construction of the overarching motorroad as a toppriority, developing a yearround road transit system between Central Yakutia and the Arctic region for purposes of the stable resources transfer formation, considering the winter road transit, temporary transits, historically used directions for transportation of the population and goods in the NorthEast of the Russian Federation. The suggested transportation infrastructure will be based on the actual motorroads. |
