| Description: | Non-tariff regulation is one of the directions of customs policy in relation to goods originating and imported from third countries, this type of regulation consists in the application of measures unrelated to the fiscal function of customs authorities. The article discusses the theoretical foundations of the application of non-tariff regulation of nuclear power plants, as well as the main innovations related to the protection of the national market and domestic consumers in the coming years. Нетарифное регулирование представляет собой одно из направлений таможенной политики в отношении товаров, происходящих и ввозимых из третьих стран, такой вид регулирования заключается в применении мер, не связанных с фискальной функцией таможенных органов. В статье рассмотрены теоретические основы применения мер нетарифного регулирования ЕАЭС, а также основные нововведения, касающиеся защиты национального рынка и отечественного потребителя на ближайшие годы. |
