| Description: | The article deals with the agricultural export-import of a number of types of agricultural raw materials and food of the former Soviet Union republics after 1991. When analyzing the customs statistics of these countries, the author concludes that there are significant structural changes in the food foreign trade of the countries of the "post-Soviet space". The first structural adjustment of imports was a sharp reduction in grain imports while increasing imports of finished meat and dairy products. The article shows the consequences of such a restructuring for the economy of a number of countries in the "post-Soviet space". Another structural restructuring of the agricultural foreign trade of the former Soviet republics was the rapid increase in exports of various types of agricultural products, especially grain, by these countries. The article shows trends in the export of various types of agricultural products in the late XX – early XXI centuries. for individual states – the former Soviet Union republics. It is concluded that at the beginning of the XXI century a large region of agricultural exports of global importance was formed on the territory of a number of countries of the "post-Soviet space". В статье рассматриваются аграрный экспорт-импорт ряда видов сельскохозяйственного сырья и продовольствия бывших союзных республик СССР после 1991 г. При анализе таможенной статистики этих стран автором сделан вывод о существенной структурной перестройке продовольственной внешней торговли новых государств «постсоветского пространства». Первая черта структурной перестройки импорта заключалась в резком сокращении импорта зерна при одновременном увеличении ввоза готовой мясной и молочной продукции. В статье показаны последствия такой перестройки для экономики ряда стран «постсоветского пространства». Другой элемент структурной перестройки аграрной внешней торговли стран бывших союзных республик заключалась в быстром увеличении ими экспорта различных видов сельхозпродукции, особенно зерна. В статье показаны тенденции изменений экспорта различных видов сельскохозяйственной продукции в конце XX – начале XXI вв. по отдельным государствам – бывшим союзным республикам СССР. Сделан вывод о формировании в начале XXI в. на территории ряда стран «постсоветского пространства» крупного региона аграрного экспорта мирового значения. |
