| Description: | The article analyzes the activities of the savings institutions system of the North Caucasus during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). It is noted that the war required the restructuring of the financial system of the Soviet Union, on which depended not only the solution of the problems of everyday settlement and cash services for the population of the vast country, but also the attraction of funds for the victory. Thanks to the measures taken, it was possible to prevent the destabilization of the financial system. The role and significance of the savings system of the southern regions of the country in settlement and cash services for the population, raising funds for the Victory are shown. The conclusion is substantiated that savings institutions made a significant contribution to solving the most difficult tasks of wartime. В статье анализируется деятельность системы сберегательных учреждений Северного Кавказа в годы Великой Отечественной войны (1941–1945 гг.). Отмечается, что война потребовала перестройки финансовой системы Советского Союза, от которой зависело решение не только задач повседневного расчетно-кассового обслуживания населения огромной страны, но и привлечение средств для победы. Благодаря принятым мерам удалось не допустить дестабилизации финансовой системы. Показана роль и значение сберегательной системы южных регионов страны в расчетно-кассовом обслуживании населения, привлечении средств на дело Победы. Обоснован вывод о том, что сберегательные учреждения внесли весомый вклад в решение сложнейших задач военного времени. |
