**Abstract (EN)** Despite a century of research, several core questions about emotions remain unsettled. This paper proposes an integrative framework—“Syntax of the Soul”—that links bodily markers, cultural categories, and an existential stance. We argue that emotions are innate as a capacity but culturally shaped in form; traumatic memory functions as a reconstructive network rather than a fixed file; imagination and perception share neural mechanisms yet can be disambiguated through stance and fact-checking; existential emotions are not suppressed but integrated; and culture provides a secondary code for expression and regulation. Focusing on triggers as externally initiated signals assembled by prior experience, the paper outlines practical implications for therapy (somatic anchoring, contextual reframing, acceptance-based micro-steps). **Аннотация (RU)** В статье предложен интегративный подход «Синтаксис Души»: эмоции врождены как способность, но оформляются культурой; память работает как сеть следов, а не «файл»; фантазия и реальность равны по нейронной активации, но различаются по позиции и проверке фактов; экзистенциальные эмоции интегрируются, а не подавляются; культура задаёт «вторичный код» переживания и регуляции.
