В исследовании представлены особенности организации деятельности водопроводно-канализационного хозяйства по управлению процессами водоснабжения и водоотведения в части реагентной обработки. Реагентная обработка является основным процессом для организации производственных процессов на ресурсоснабжающем предприятии, она позволяет осуществить основные операции обезвреживания. Производственный менеджмент в данной сфере важен, поскольку сейчас существенно важна проблема организации получения реагентов из других стран, в связи с внешнеполитической ситуацией это стало достаточно трудно и в организационном смысле в плане построения логистических цепочек. The study presents the peculiarities of the organization of water and wastewater management processes of water supply and sanitation in terms of reagent treatment. Reagent treatment is the main process for the organization of production processes at the resource supplying enterprise, it allows to carry out basic operations of neutralization. Production management in this area is important because the problem of organizing the receipt of reagents from other countries is now essential, due to the foreign policy situation it has become quite difficult also in organizational terms in terms of building logistical chains. |
