В работе рассматриваются современные теории развития экономических субъектов на основе стейкхолдерского подхода. С целью комплексного и объективного раскрытия формирования современной теории взаимодействия экономического субъекта со стейкхолдерами рассмотрено экономическое и институциональное содержание развития экономических субъектов. В рамках систематизации концептуальных основ формирования системы развития экономического субъекта, выделены особенности малого и среднего бизнеса с точки зрения удовлетворения требований стейкхолдеров. The paper considers modern theories of development of economic entities based on the stakeholder approach. For the purpose of comprehensive and objective disclosure of the formation of the modern theory of interaction between an economic entity and stakeholders, the economic and institutional content of the development of economic entities is considered. As part of the systematization of the conceptual framework for the formation of the system of development of an economic entity, the features of small and medium-sized businesses in terms of meeting the requirements of stakeholders are highlighted. |
