| Περιγραφή: | Представленная вниманию читателя статья продолжает цикл авторских материалов о различных аспектах правового регулирования в сфере арбитражного судопроизводства. В статье рассматривается производство в арбитражном суде первой инстанции. На основе исследованной арбитражной практики авторы анализируют ошибки, допускаемые арбитражным судом первой инстанции при принятии к производству исковых заявлений, а также при вынесении определений об отказе в принятии исковых заявлений. The article presented to the attention of the reader continues the cycle of copyright materials on various aspects of legal regulation in the field of arbitration proceedings. The article deals with the proceedings in the arbitration court of the first instance. On the basis of the studied arbitration practice, the authors analyze the mistakes made by the arbitration court of first instance when accepting statements of claim for production, as well as when making rulings to refuse to accept statements of claim. |
