| Περιγραφή: | В статье представлен обзор работы финансово-правовой секции «Финансовое право и управление: взаимодействие и взаимозависимости», прошедшей 19 мая 2021 г. в рамках Международной конференц-сессии ИГСУ РАНХиГС при Президенте РФ на тему «Государственное управление и развитие России: вызовы и проектирование будущего». О современных тенденциях развития финансово-правовой доктрины и ее взаимодействии с теорией управления публичными финансами остро дискутировали российские и зарубежные ученые, известные специалисты в сфере финансово-правового регулирования и управления. Ученые были едины во мнении о повсеместном усилении влияния современных финансовых явлений, технологий, инструментов на жизнедеятельность общества. Особое внимание было акцентировано на разнообразии проявлений взаимосвязи и взаимодействия финансов, экономики, социальной сферы и управления. Отмечалось изменение роли финансового права и финансовых наук в свете цифровизации государственного управления. The article provides an overview of the work of the financial and legal section "Financial law and management: interaction and interdependencies", held on May 19, 2021 within the framework of the International conference session of the IGSU RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation on the topic "Public administration and development of Russia: challenges and design of the future ". Russian and foreign scientists, well-known experts in the field of financial and legal regulation and management, have been hotly debating about modern trends in the development of the financial and legal doctrine and its interaction with the theory of public finance management. Scientists were unanimous in their opinion about the widespread increase in the influence of modern financial phenomena, technologies, tools on the life of society. Particular attention was focused on the variety of manifestations of the relationship and interaction of finance, economy, social sphere and management. The change in the role of financial law and financial sciences in the light of the digitalization of public administration was noted. |
