| Description: | Рассматриваются существующие мнения относительно развития и совершенствования деятельности органов государственной власти в области поощрительного производства. Базовым основанием для назначения поощрений в рамках реформы современной системы российского государственного управления является оптимизация государственной надзорной функции. Кроме этого, авторы связывают возможность получения поощрений с соблюдением служебной дисциплины. По итогам исследования сформулированы выводы. Existing opinions on the development and improvement of the activities of public authorities in the field of incentive proceedings are considered. The optimization of state supervisory function is the basis for the appointment of incentives within the framework of the reform of modern system of Russian public administration. In addition, the authors associate the possibility of receiving incentives with the observance of service discipline. According to the results of the study, the conclusions are formulated. |
