| Description: | Статья посвящена применению принципов адаптивного подхода при архитектурном проектировании дошкольных образовательных организаций, а именно - перевода данного типа зданий из специализированного в универсально-специализированный для многоцелевого использования в периоды сокращения дошкольного контингента. Статья основана на применении системы эффективных моделей изменяемости дошкольных объектов для определения всего цикла функционирования здания и возможности возврата первоначальной функции после определенного цикла трансформаций. The article is devoted to the application of the principles of the adaptive approach to architectural design of pre-school educational institutions. Buildings of this type is translated from a specialized in universally-specializedfor multi-use in periods reduce the preschool population.
