| Description: | В статье представлены результаты тестирования 43 хакасских лошадей по 17 локусам микросателлитов ДНК и гаплогруппам мтДНК. В популяции хакасских лошадей была выявлена значительная вариабельность микросателлитных локусов (141 аллель) и сравнительно высокий уровень генетического разнообразия (Ае = 4,51; Ho = 0,751). Секвенирование контрольного участка D-петли мтДНК (530 п.н) показало наличие 9 гаплогрупп при высоком уровне вариабельности гаплотипов. Были рассчитаны наиболее высокие коэффициенты генетического сходства хакасских лошадей с тувинской, башкирской и бурятской породами лошадей. The article presents the results of testing of 43 Khakasskaya horses on 17 loci of DNA microsatellites and mtDNA haplogroups. A significant variability of microsatellite loci (141 alleles) and a relatively high level of genetic diversity (Ae = 4.51; Ho = 0.751) were revealed in the population of Khakasskaya horses. Sequencing of the control section of the mtDNA D-loop (530 bp) showed the presence of 9 haplogroups with a high level of haplotype variability. High coefficients of genetic similarity of Khakasskaya horses with Tuvinskaya, Bashkirskaya and Buryatskaya horse breeds were calculated. |
