В статье рассматривается проблема выбора направлений организационных изменений компаний и в случае внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ). Проведен анализ трендов, действующих на рынке ИИ, а также исследован опыт внедрения и использования ИИ в деятельности международных и российских организаций. Авторами предложен системный подход к трансформации деятельности организации в условиях внедрения проектов ИИ, представлены основные направления изменений и их особенности, сформулированы положения о новых подходах к лидерству. The article examines the problem of choosing directions for organizational changes in companies in the case of the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. An analysis of the trends operating in the AI market was carried out, and the experience of introducing and using AI in the activities of international and Russian organizations was also studied. The authors proposed a systematic approach to transforming the activities of an organization in the context of the implementation of AI projects, presented the main directions of changes and their features, and formulated provisions on new approaches to leadership. |
