| Description: | В статье анализируется роль органов местного самоуправления в гражданском обществе после модернизации главы 8 Конституции РФ. Обосновывается изменение модели конституционного строя, на основе объективного закона единства и борьбы противоположностей, синергетического эффекта, методологии триединства, метафизики, идеалистической и материалистической диалектики. Создание нового управленческого механизма в рамках единой системы публичной власти необходимо в целях оптимизации взаимодействия органов публичной власти для обеспечения интересов населения соответствующей территории, определяемых триединством духовно-нравственных ценностей, энерго-информационного обеспечения, материально-технического благополучия. В рамках настоящего исследования предпринята попытка показать место органов местного самоуправления, после внесения поправок в Основной закон государства, как центра гражданского общества и связующего звена между органами государственной власти и гражданским обществом. Методы: диалектической логики, сравнительно-правовой, формально-логический. The article analyzes the role of local self-government bodies in civil society after the modernization of Chapter 8 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The article substantiates the change in the model of the constitutional system, based on the objective law of unity and struggle of opposites, synergetic effect, methodology of the trinity, metaphysics, idealistic and materialistic dialectics. The creation of a new management mechanism within the framework of a unified system of public authority is necessary in order to optimize the interaction of public authorities to ensure the interests of the population of the relevant territory, determined by the trinity of spiritual and moral values, energy and information support, material and technical well-being. Within the framework of this study, an attempt has been made to show the place of local self-government bodies, after amendments to the Basic Law of the State, as a center of civil society and a link between state authorities and civil society.
