Статья посвящена разработке мотивационного механизма снижения травматизма на примере промышленного предприятия. Показано состояние аварийности на предприятии, а также дан общий анализ качественных характеристик работников. Представлены результаты опроса персонала, позволяющие предложить действенный механизм управляющего воздействия. Проведенный анализ трудовой сферы и мнений работающих позволил предложить введение сигнальных листов в качестве адаптированной к условиям меры по снижению травматизма. Изложен механизм реализации мероприятия и система мотивации работников к активному участию в нем. The article is devoted to the development of a motivational mechanism for reducing injuries on the example of an industrial enterprise. The state of accidents at the enterprise is shown, as well as a general analysis of the qualitative characteristics of workers. The results of a survey of personnel are presented, which make it possible to identify an effective mechanism of control action. The analysis of the labor sphere and the opinions of workers made it possible to propose the introduction of signal sheets as an adapted measure to reduce injuries. The mechanism for the implementation of the event and the system of motivating employees to actively participate in it are stated. |
