Περιγραφή: In the article, the author analyzes the system of subjects of contractual relations for the supply of municipal resources that has developed in Russia. The author has established that the system of subjects consists of two levels. Within the first level, persons managing houses and resource supply organizations interact. Persons managing houses include: a) a management company, b) a partnership of real estate (housing) owners, c) a housing cooperative, as well as the direct management of the house by the owners of the premises. Resource-supplying organizations include suppliers of utility resources. They sell their resources to consumers, such as water, gas, heat, and electricity. Each of the listed resources has its own supplier. Within the framework of the second level, interaction takes place between the consumer of the communal resource and the person managing the house. Object: the system of subjects that has developed in the field of supply of municipal resources. Subject: the rules governing the status of subjects.
В статье автор анализирует сложившуюся в России систему субъектов договорных отношений по поставке коммунальных ресурсов. Показано, что система субъектов состоит из двух уровней. В рамках первого уровня взаимодействуют лица, управляющие домами, и ресурсоснабжающие организации. К управляющим домами лицам относятся: а) управляющая компания, б) товарищество собственников недвижимости (жилья), в) жилищный кооператив. К ресурсоснабжающим организациям относят поставщиков коммунальных ресурсов. Они продают потребителям свои ресурсы, такие как: вода, газ, тепло, электроэнергия. Каждому из перечисленных ресурсов соответствует свой поставщик. В рамках второго уровня взаимодействие происходит между потребителем коммунального ресурса и лицом управляющим домом. Также в статье рассматривается непосредственное управление домом собственниками помещений.
