Развитие сельских территорий остается одним из обновленных вызовов в политике нашего государства. В статье рассмотрены трактовки понятий «сельские территории» и «сельская местность». Очерчено, что основным способом организации сельскохозяйственного производства является семейное фермерское хозяйство. Приведена классификация сельских населенных пунктов по уровню обеспеченности объектами сферы обслуживания. Затронут вопрос соответствия стандартов российской сельскохозяйственной продукции к мировым нормам. Предложено использовать опыт Польши по формированию механизмов обеспечения предприятий финансовыми ресурсами из государственных источников. Выдвинуто мнение, что одним из основных направлений государственной поддержки в Республике Крым должно стать финансирование структурных преобразований в сельских территориях. The development of rural areas remains one of the renewed challenges in the policy of our state. The article considers the interpretations of the concepts of "rural territories "and" rural area". It is outlined that the main way of organizing agricultural production is family farming. The classification of rural localities according to the level of provision with objects of the service sector is given. The issue of compliance of the standards of Russian agricultural products with international standards was raised. It is proposed to use the experience of Poland on the formation of mechanisms for providing enterprises with financial resources from state sources. It is suggested that one of the main areas of state support in the Republic of Crimea should be the financing of structural changes in rural areas. |
