| Description: | The problem of treating postosteomyelitis defects of long bones does not lose its relevance due to the high prevalence of this disease and the unsatisfactory results of known treatment methods. One of the most severe consequences of osteomyelitis in children is the formation of false joints and defects of tubular bones, the treatment of which is one of the most difficult problems in pediatric surgery. The purpose of our study was to improve the results of treatment of postosteomyelitis pseudarthrosis and long bone defects using the PCI method. The study was conducted on the basis of the Aksai Republican Children's Clinical Hospital for the period from 2000 to 2015 and the Center for Children's Emergency Medical Care in Almaty for the period 2015 to 2022. The results of treatment of 53 children with false joints and defects of long tubular bones that formed despite the treatment of the osteomyelitic process were studied. Based on this material, the authors came to some conclusions. Проблема лечения постостеомиелитических дефектов трубчатых костей не теряет своей актуальности из-за высокой распространенности этого заболевания и неудовлетворительных результатов известныз способов лечения. Одним из тяжелейших последствий остеомиелита у детей – это формирование ложных суставов и дефектов трубчатых костей, лечение которых является одной из самых сложных проблем детской хирургии. Целью нашего исследования являлось улучшение результатов лечения постостеомиелитических ложных суставов и дефектов длинных трубчатых костей методом ЧКО. Исследование проведено на базе Республиканской детской клинической больницы «Аксай» за период с 2000 по 2015 годы и Центра детской неотложной медицинской помощи города Алматы за период 2015 по 2022 годы. Изучены результаты лечения 53 детей с ложными суставами и дефектами длинных трубчатых костей, сформировавшимися, несмотря на проводимое лечение остеомиелитического процесса. Базируясь на этом материале авторы пришли к некоторым выводам. |
