| Description: | The article analyses similarities and differences between the systems of power in Russia and Belarus by means of evaluating the reforms undertaken by the states in the sphere of political and public administration. The author has made an attempt to trace the trends of unification of political systems of the Union State member countries and analyze the significance of power reforms both in the context of historical events accompanying the considered reforms and in the context of prospects for further integration within the Russia-Belarus Union. The paper focuses on the study of three, in the author's opinion, the most noteworthy areas of the ongoing reforms, which allow to assess the trends and prospects of further rapprochement of Russia and Belarus. Among the areas of research, within the framework of which the analysis of reforms was conducted: the process of strengthening the vertical of power of the presidents of Russia and Belarus; modernization of the representative bodies of power of the countries; building the economic systems of governance. В статье анализируются сходства и различия систем власти в России и в Белоруссии посредством оценки реформ, проведенных государствами в области политического и государственного управления. Автор предпринял попытку проследить тенденции унификации политических систем стран-участниц Союзного государства и проанализировать значение реформ органов власти как в контексте исторических событий, сопутствующих рассматриваемым реформам, так и в контексте перспективы дальнейшей интеграции в рамках объединения России и Белоруссии. В работе сделан акцент на изучении трех, по мнению автора, наиболее заслуживающих внимания в рамках данного исследования областях проводимых реформ, позволяющих дать оценку тенденциям и перспективам дальнейшего сближения России и Белоруссии. В числе областей исследования, в рамках которых проводился анализ реформ: процесс укрепления вертикали власти президентов России и Белоруссии; модернизация представительных органов власти стран; построение экономических систем управления. |
