В публикации раскрыты вопросы направленные на всестороннее обоснование необходимости и путей формирования организационно-экономического механизма устойчивого развития промышленных предприятий в российских регионах на основе государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП). Роль ГЧП в обеспечении устойчивости корпоративного развития крупных промышленных предприятий доказана посредством экономического моделирования. По материалам 36 крупных промышленных предприятий из шести регионов России эмпирически протестирована модель линейной регрессии, отражающая зависимость интегрального индикатора устойчивого развития промышленного предприятия от ряда факторов, характеризующих состояние и потенциал корпоративного развития, региональной экономики и учитывающих вовлечение предприятия в действующее или недавно завершенное продолжительное государственно-частное партнерство. Показано, что на устойчивость корпоративного развития статистически значимое положительное влияние оказывает динамика роста промышленного производства в регионе и фактор вовлеченности предприятия в ГЧП. Отмечается наличие общих положительных тенденций, а также перекосов в развитии ГЧП с участием промышленных предприятий в регионах России. По результатам отбора и анализа лучших практик, определены перспективный инструментарий, инновационные технологии и направления партнерства, направленные на неуклонное содействие устойчивому развитию промышленных предприятий различных регионов страны на основе внедрения, тиражирования и масштабирования ГЧП. The consideration reveals issues aimed at a comprehensive justification of the need and ways of forming an organizational and economic mechanism for the development of industrial enterprises in the regions of Russia based on public-private partnership (PPP). The role of PPP in ensuring the sustainability of economic development of large industrial enterprises is confirmed by methods of economic analysis. Based on materials from 36 large industrial enterprises from six regions of Russia, a linear regression model was empirically tested, reflecting the dependence of the integral indicator of industrial enterprises on a number of factors, characteristic conditions and potential for economic development, the regional economy and promoting the involvement of enterprises in existing or recently completed public-private existence. partnership.
