В данной статье рассмотрены основные особенности деятельности современных IT-компаний небольшого размера, выявлены наиболее часто встречающиеся проблемы в логистических системах этих предприятий, проанализированы логистических затраты данных предприятий в разрезе функциональных областей, представлены основные логистические методы оптимизации, предложен общий алгоритм оптимизации логистических затрат. This article discusses the main features of the activities of modern small-sized IT companies, identifies the most common problems in the logistics systems of these enterprises, analyzes the logistics costs of these enterprises in the context of functional areas, presents the main logistics optimization methods, proposes a general algorithm for optimizing logistics costs. |
