Περιγραφή: The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific discourse about the phenomena of values and meaning in the context of labor activity and their interpretation in the scientific space of modern interdisciplinary research. The article reveals the content of the concepts of values and meaning in classical and modern foreign and domestic scientific schools, draws attention to the variety of interpretations and approaches to determining their significance in shaping human behavior. The author presents the results of a scientometric analysis of the publication field on this issue, based on a sample of 860 relevant articles posted in the Scopus database in 2012-2021. In the process of network analysis of the key and most mentioned concepts, the presence of 8 research areas that make up clusters was revealed, on the basis of which the author identified 3 main areas in modern research on the meaning of work, their content and characteristics.
Статья посвящена анализу научного дискурса о феноменах ценностей и смысла в контексте трудовой деятельности и их интерпретации в научном пространстве современных междисциплинарных исследований. В статье раскрывается содержание понятий ценностей и смысла в классических и современных западных и отечественных научных школах, обращается внимание на многообразие интерпретаций и подходов к определению их значения в формировании поведения человека. Автором представлены результаты наукометрического анализа публикационного поля по данной проблематике, на основе выборки из 860 релевантных статей, размещенных в базе данных Scopus в 2012-2021 гг. В процессе сетевого анализа ключевых и наиболее упоминаемых понятий выявлено наличие 8 исследовательских областей, составляющих кластеры, на основе которых автором определено 3 основных направления в современных исследованиях смысла в трудовой деятельности, их содержание и характеристики.
