В данной статье анализируются трудовые ресурсы, так как от них зависят такие важные показатели как: объем, качество, эффективность использования средств производства, снижение себестоимости и рост прибыли. Определены коэффициенты анализа трудового потенциала на предприятии, учитывающие особенность строительной отрасли. Разработан алгоритм оценки использования трудовых ресурсов для совершенствования организации труда и повышения производительности. Выявлены факторы, влияющие на производительность труда строительного предприятия, которые необходимо учитывать при разработки кадровой политики.
