| Description: | В данной статье анализируются трудовые ресурсы, так как от них зависят такие важные показатели как: объем, качество, эффективность использования средств производства, снижение себестоимости и рост прибыли. Определены коэффициенты анализа трудового потенциала на предприятии, учитывающие особенность строительной отрасли. Разработан алгоритм оценки использования трудовых ресурсов для совершенствования организации труда и повышения производительности. Выявлены факторы, влияющие на производительность труда строительного предприятия, которые необходимо учитывать при разработки кадровой политики. This article analyzes labor resources, since such important indicators as volume, quality, efficiency of using the means of production, cost reduction and profit growth depend on them. Determined the coefficients of analysis of labor potential at the enterprise, taking into account the peculiarities of the construction industry, have been. The algorithm for assessing the use of labor resources for improving the organization of labor and increasing productivity has been developed. Identified the factors influencing the labor productivity of a construction company, which must be taken into account when developing personnel policy. |
