Статистика показывает высокий вклад малых предприятий в развитие экономики государств -мировых лидеров. Именно малые предприятия позволяют в кратчайшие сроки осуществить структурную перестройку экономики, ориентированную на конъюнктурный спрос и, одновременно, сформировать надежную социальную базу реформ - массовый слой предпринимателей собственников. Во всех без исключения регионах РФ малый бизнес в основном использует местные ресурсы (трудовые, материально-технические, природные) и удовлетворяет потребности местного рынка. Statistics show the high contribution of small enterprises to the development of the economies of the world leaders. It is small enterprises that make it possible to carry out structural reorganization of the economy in the shortest possible time, focused on market demand and, at the same time, form a reliable social base for reforms - a mass layer of business owners. In all regions of the Russian Federation, without exception, small businesses mainly use local resources (labor, material, technical, natural) and satisfy the needs of the local market. |
