Description: В статье анализируется регламентация особого порядка судебного разбирательства уголовных дел на предмет определенности, ясности, непротиворечивости формулируемых законодателем правовых норм. Выявляются недостатки терминологического характера, которые могут препятствовать правильному пониманию участниками уголовного судопроизводства сути и содержания судебных процедур, спектра возможных результатов разбирательства в особом порядке. Обосновывается вывод о необходимости совершенствования терминологии, использованной законодателем при регламентации особого порядка судебного разбирательства. The article analyzes the regulation of a special procedure for the trial of criminal cases for certainty, clarity, consistency of legal norms formulated by the legislator. Shortcomings of a terminological nature are identified that may prevent the participants in criminal proceedings from correctly understanding the essence and content of judicial procedures, the range of possible outcomes of proceedings in a special manner. The author substantiates the conclusion that it is necessary to improve the terminology used by the legislator in the regulation of a special procedure for judicial proceedings.
