Выявляются недостатки этого института, обусловленные неполнотой, неясностью, нелогичностью и несогласованностью составляющих его норм. The article analyzes the legal institution of the public prosecutor's refusal to prosecute during the trial. The drawbacks of this institution are revealed, due to the incompleteness, ambiguity, illogicality and inconsistency of its constituent norms. |
