Description:	The essence of corporate law and the relevance of the existence of this branch of law in the context of the establishment of constitutional provisions on the development of private property and the possibility of using property, abilities for the implementation of entrepreneurial activity are considered. The concept of corporate norms and their features in the structure of corporate law are clarified. The hierarchy of corporate regulatory legal acts implied within the corporation is highlighted, and the rules for creating these acts are disclosed in order to ensure the sufficiency and completeness of corporate acts operating in the structure of the legal system of the Russian state. Рассмотрены сущность корпоративного права и актуальность существования данной отрасли права в условиях установления конституционных положений о развитии частной собственности и возможности использования имущества, способностей для реализации предпринимательской деятельности. Уточнено понятие корпоративных норм и их признаки в структуре корпоративного права. Выделена иерархия корпоративных нормативно-правовых актов, подразумеваемая в пределах корпорации, а также раскрыты правила создания данных актов с целью обеспечения достаточности и полноты корпоративных актов, действующих в структуре правовой системы Российского государства.
