В статье рассматривается понятие собственного капитала организации, его составляющие и их характеристики. Приводятся показатели, характеризующие эффективность собственного капитала. На основе исследования рыночных механизмов формирования и использования собственного капитала показаны модели управления собственным капиталом. Предлагаются направления выбора оптимального размера собственного капитала для обеспечения финансовой устойчивости и платежеспособности организации. The article deals with the concept of an organization's own capital, its components and their characteristics. The indicators that characterize the efficiency of equity capital are given. Based on the study of market mechanisms for the formation and use of equity capital, models of equity capital management are shown. The directions of choosing the optimal amount of equity capital to ensure the financial stability and solvency of the organization are suggested. |
