Περιγραφή: В статье рассмотрены положительные и отрицательные стороны влияния денежно-кредитной политики и внешнего долга на экономику страны, структура внешнего долга, динамика внешнего долга по годам. Особое внимание уделяется инструментам денежно-кредитной политики, при помощи которых можно добиться стабилизации восстановления экономики, показано, как внешняя задолженность влияет на экономический рост, а также на бюджетную и финансовую политику страны. В статье анализируется критический уровень внешнего долга, который представляет собой реальную угрозу национальной безопасности страны. Растущий совокупный долг накапливает не только долговые обязательства сектора государственного управления, но и долги частного сектора: банков, нефинансовых корпораций. В заключении даны рекомендации по управлению внешним долгом. The article discusses the positive and negative aspects of the influence of monetary policy and external debt on the country's economy, the structure of external debt, the dynamics of external debt over the years. Particular attention is paid to monetary policy instruments that can be used to stabilize the economic recovery; it is shown how external debt affects economic growth, as well as the country's budgetary and financial policy. The article analyzes the critical level of external debt, which is a real threat to the national security of the country. The growing total debt accumulates not only debt obligations of the general government sector, but also debts of the private sector: banks, non-financial corporations. In conclusion, recommendations are given on the management of external debt.
