| Description: | Актуальность данной темы обусловлена высоким значением бюджетно-налоговой политики в формировании финансовой системы как в масштабах страны, так и на региональном уровне. В статье проводится анализ налоговых и неналоговых поступлений в федеральный бюджет и консолидированный бюджет Чеченской Республики за последние годы и на этой основе дается оценка эффективности бюджетно-налоговой политики в регионе. Отмечена роль межбюджетных трансфертов в формировании бюджетов дотационных регионов. The relevance of this topic is due to the high importance of fiscal policy in the formation of the financial system both on a national scale and at the regional level. The article analyzes tax and non-tax revenues to the consolidated budget of the Chechen Republic in recent years and, on this basis, assesses the effectiveness of fiscal policy in the region. The role of inter-budget transfers in the formation of the budgets of subsidized regions is noted. |
