| Description: | research “Cross-culture barriers in the Interaction of Russian and Chinese Entrepreneurs” is devoted to the influence of the cross-culture differences on doing business between businesspersons of Russia and China. Based on the model created by Gert Hofstede, the work analyses the cultural characteristics of both countries, identifies factors that may impede cooperation at the intersection of cultures. Moreover, the analysis of factors influencing the formation of cultures (not only national, but also business) in both countries is carried out. In the final part of the work, particular cross-culture barriers in communication of representatives of the Russian Federation and the PRC are underlined. In addition, there is an attempt to put forward recommendations to avoid a situation of misunderstanding caused by differences in cultures. Исследовательская работа “Кросс-культурные барьеры во взаимодействии России и Китая” посвящена влиянию кросс-культурных различий на ведение бизнеса между российскими и китайскими предпринимателями. В работе, основанной на культурной модели Герта Хофстеде, проводится анализ культурных особенностей обеих стран, выявляются факторы, которые могут препятствовать сотрудничеству на стыке культур. Кроме того, проводится анализ факторов, влияющих на становление культур (не только национальных, но и деловых) в обеих странах. В заключительной части работы выявлены конкретные кросс-культурные барьеры во взаимодействии представителей РФ и КНР, принимается попытка выдвижения рекомендаций по избеганию возникновения ситуации недопонимания, которая вызвана различиями культур. |
