| Description: | The article deals with problems of professional training of athletes in conditions of the training regime, preparation for various kinds of competitions. Special attention is paid to the process of adaptation to team work, the distribution of physical activity in accordance with the natural capabilities of the body. The author pays special attention to the need for educational and methodical and educational work of the coach with members of the sports team, as well as. The article is the result of accumulated experience in professional sports pedagogy. It presents an algorithm for rational and effective planning of theoretical classes and sports training, logical accents are placed in the professional training of the coaching staff reveals the methods of building relationships between athletes and the coaching staff in order to positively influence the emotional atmosphere in the sports team. В статье рассмотрены проблемы профессиональной подготовки спортсменов в условиях режима тренировок, подготовки к различного рода соревнованиям; особое внимание уделено процессу адаптации к работе в команде, распределению физической нагрузки в соответствии с естественными возможностями организма; автор обращает особое внимание на необходимость учебно-методической и учебно-воспитательной работы тренера с членами спортивного коллектива, а также представляет алгоритм рационального и результативного планирования теоретических занятий и спортивных тренировок; раскрыты методики выстраивания отношений между спортсменами и тренерским составом с целью положительного влияния на эмоциональную атмосферу в спортивном коллективе. |
