Description: В статье проведен анализ особенностей среды мотивационного процесса персонала. Определены понятия «мотивация» и «стимулирование» с точки зрения различных подходов; раскрыта сущность организованной системы мотивации; рассмотрены внешняя и внутренняя составляющая трудовой мотивации и факторы, оказывающие на них влияние. Также приведены результаты исследования эффективности использования различных методов мотивации в коммерческих организациях и предприятиях Республики Дагестан. The article analyzes the peculiarities of the personnel motivation process environment. Concepts "motivation" and "stimulation" from the point of view of different approaches are defined; essence of organized motivation system is revealed; external and internal component of labor motivation and factors influencing them are considered. The results of the study of the effectiveness of using different methods of motivation in commercial organizations and enterprises of the Republic of Dagestan are also given.
